A sin worthy of dead of the soul in hell! Romans 1:31-32
A. This is a continuing thought from the sermon on the Word that is able to save souls!
1. Have no mind for things made for saving souls is a sin worthy of dead of the soul in hell.
2. The scripture for reading last Sunday was James 1:21.
Wherefore putting away all filthiness and overflowing of wickedness, receive with meekness the
implanted word, which is able to save your souls. James 1:21
3. It is clear one has to get rid of all filthiness and overflowing of wickedness then he can receive the word.
And he has to receive with meekness the implanted word.
4. The word is to be received with meekness. It is to be implanted word in his soul!
This means you hear the word preached to you.
You received it and let in become implanted in you.
You let it be a guide in your daily living.
5. We all know this is one best thing can happen in all the world!
All genuine philosophers and all religious original intention of their works are for this!
This is why we have the good misinformation about religion which says all religions teach people to
do what is good.
Yes, the original intention was grand and glorious, but reality tell us otherwise!
B. In my preaching, I say this very often!
1. Why don’t others understand what says in the Bible as I do?
Because they do not have mind for things made for saving souls!
2. By the grace of God, all of my life, all I want to think is things made for saving souls!
This is the difference! Not because I am better in anyway!
As I said, when comes to things made for making money I do not have mind for!
3. If others set their minds on things made for saving souls as they set their minds on making money,
they will all know the word in the Bible better than I do!
4. As I preached, each has his own insists. Other may insist to hold on to what is not in the Bible.
I can surely insist what is in the Bible!
C. Evils reported on the World Journal page C1 and C2.
1. Many people like to go to KTV, Bar … and smoke Ketamine and become poison worm then progress
into selling poison drug and get arrested! Some got hooked by drinking wine… ruined everything!
2. People fallen deep into gambling holes and whole family is ruined!
Gambling cause people to lost millions, family against family…
In order to get money to pay for gambling debts, some even committed murder…
Gambling generated much trouble in the society!
3. Just imagine there is no smokes, no drinking wine, no gambling…
So much better the world can be! How can this be?
4. It is easy, I have showed you how and I am living a life for you to follow!
If you still can’t do it, it is because you do not have mind for things made to save souls!
5. And the scripture says, it is a sin worthy of your souls dead in hell. Romans 1:31-32
Be sure not to be angry with me! I did not say this.
It would be best for all concern that you thank me and do what says in theBible!
D. Some may say, I have seen many Jesus believers do many evil things too!
1. That is it. When you say this, you have no mind for things made for saving souls.
2. Besides the Church of Christ, who and where the genuine word is preached?!
3. Let me say it in no uncertain terms, if the genuine word is preached, a church of Christ will rise up!
4. Anyone preach “the word” and do not produce church of Christ is a liar.
5. This is why Have no mind for things made for saving souls is a sin worthy of his soul dead in hell!
6. Preaching the word is supposed to save the preacher and those listen to him!
But if the preacher do not preach the genuine word, he and his listeners will be condemned together!
E. Conclusion. All normal minded people can see! This is reality!
We have mind for things made for saving souls. We have no problem to practice 1 Cor.6:12
Everything is permissible for me"-- but I will not be mastered by anything.
We can insist to be children of God to live a life doing righteousness. Ro.6:18
