A. Christ shed his blood to establish the church!
1. … Upon this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it. Matt.16:18
2. Jesus said: I told you that you would die in your sins; if you do not believe that I am, you will indeed die in your sins.
John 8:24
3. Take heed unto yourselves, and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit hath made you bishops,
to feed the church of the Lord which he purchased with his own blood. Acts 20:28
B. People in this world are like these! Eph.4:17-19
1. This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye no longer walk as the Gentiles also walk, in the vanity of
their mind. Eph.4:17
2. being darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them,
because of the hardening of their heart. Eph.4:18
3. Who being past feeling gave themselves up to lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.
4. When a nation is filled with this kinds of people, how can you make a nation great!?
C. New man must be created! Eph.4:22-24
1. that ye put away, as concerning your former manner of life, the old man, that waxed corrupt after the lusts of deceit;
and that ye be renewed in the spirit of your mind, Eph.4:22-23
2. and put on the new man, that after God hath been created in righteousness and holiness of truth.
3. When a nation is filled this kinds of people, this nation is great again!
D. The first call on the name of the Lord. Acts 2:21-47
1. And it shall be, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. Acts 2:21
2. Let all the house of Israel therefore know assuredly, that God hath made him both Lord and Christ,
this Jesus whom ye crucified. Acts 2:36
3. Now when they heard (this,) they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and the rest of the apostles,
Brethren, what shall we do? Acts 2:37
4. And Peter (said) unto them, Repent ye, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ
unto the remission of your sins; and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. Acts 2:38
5. Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.
Acts 2:47
E. The second call on the name of the Lord. Romans 10:13-17
1. Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Ro.10:13
2. How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed?
and how shall they believe in him whom they have not heard?
and how shall they hear without a preacher? Ro.10:14
and how shall they preach, except they be sent?
Even as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel! Ro.10:15
3. But they did not all hearken to the glad tidings.
For Isaiah said, Lord, who hath believed our report? Ro.10:16
4. So belief (comes) of hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ. Ro.10:17
5. His intent was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known
to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms. Eph.3:10
F. These wisdom given only to Jesus’ disciples! Matt.13:10-11
1. The disciples came to him and asked: Why do you speak to the people in parables? He replied:
The knowledge of the secrets of the kingdom of heaven has been given to you, but not to them.
2. Then Jesus came to them and said: All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the
Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.
And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age. Matt.28:18-20
3. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved. Acts 2:47 , Ro.16:16
4. Make a nation great depend on preaching the Gospel of Christ, not politicians!
