Power of the word when it is implanted!

Power of the word when it is implanted!

Preface: What does implanted mean?

It means become part of your life!

A. When the word is implanted immorality eliminated!

1. All can imagine when immorality is eliminated, much trouble and sickness disappeared!

2. Do not look at a woman to lust after her should be enough! Matt.5:27-28

Do not commit adultery. But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already

committed adultery with her in his heart.

3. How about add this one! 1Cor.6:18-20

Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a man commits are outside his body, but he who sins

sexually sins against his own body. Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit,

who is in you, whom you have received from God?

You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body.

4. Add this one! 1Thes.4:2-8

For you know what instructions we gave you by the authority of the Lord Jesus. 4:2

It is God's will that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality. 4:3

That each of you should learn to control his own body in a way that is holy and honorable. 4:4

5. N ot in passionate lust like the heathen, who do not know God; and that in this matter no one

should wrong his brother or take advantage of him. The Lord will punish men for all such sins,

as we have already told you and warned you. 4:5-6

7. For God did not call us to be impure, but to live a holy life. 4:7

8. Therefore, he who rejects this instruction does not reject man but God, who gives you his Holy Spirit.

Mark 14:38 Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The

spirit is willing, but the body is weak." (NIV)

1 Pet 2:11 Beloved, I beseech you as sojourners and pilgrims, to abstain

from fleshly lust, which war against the soul; (ASV)

Ro 7:19 For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not

want to do-- this I keep on doing. (NIV)

Ro 7:20 Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it,

but it is sin living in me that does it. (NIV)

Ro 7:21 So I find this law at work: When I want to do good, evil is right

        there with me. (NIV)

Ro 7:22 For in my inner being I delight in God's law; (NIV)

Ro 7:23 but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war

against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of

sin at work within my members. (NIV)

Ro 7:24 What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of

        death? (NIV)

Ro 7:25 Thanks be to God-- through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, I myself

in my mind am a slave to God's law, but in the sinful nature a slave

to the law of sin. (NIV)

Ro 8:2 because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me

free from the law of sin and death. (NIV)

Ro 8:1 Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ

       Jesus, (NIV)

from his works, as God did from his. (ASV)

He 4:11 Let us therefore give diligence to enter into that rest, that no

man fall after the same example of disobedience. (ASV)

He 4:12 For the word of God is living, and active, and sharper than any

two-edged sword, and piercing even to the dividing of soul and

spirit, of both joints and marrow, and quick to discern the

thoughts and intents of the heart. (ASV)

He 4:13 And there is no creature that is not manifest in his sight: but

all things are naked and laid open before the eyes of him with

whom we have to do. (ASV)
