Persistency is the key!
I was in shock when I heard this report from the Philippines!
They have forty churches that has bell tower to ring the bell at the same time together!
Their message is: Stop drug killings! A Roman Catholic Nation has to stop drug killing?
A Roman Catholic Nation should have no drug addiction! Roman Catholic teach people to take drug?
Any drug addicted people here where I preach? I had seen it where I grew up 60 some years ago!
Persistency is the key! They have to persist taking it for a while to become addicted!
Anyone apply same effort in doing good, they will all succeed in whatever they do!
Persevere, persistency, continue to stand firm on doing one thing has immense power!
How is it that I can discover mistakes in English translation Bible?
When comes to Greek and English, even Chinese, I am only a half barrel water!
Persistency is the key! I promised God. I persevere. I stand firm continue to search until I get it!
My most treasured gift I got is from Moses and Audrey! 1Cor.15:58
Therefore, my dear brothers, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the
work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain. 1Cor.15:58
A. Be on your guard, stand firm in the faith, be men of courage, be strong. 1 Cor.16:13
1. Yes, stand firm in the faith! What faith?
2. Jesus is Lord. Show me the chapter and verse in the New Testament Bible!
3. Is the name of your church in the Bible?
4. Do you know, even I preached this lines 10,000 times, still some ignore what I preached!
How much persistency they apply!
5. If they can persist to ignore what says in the Bible, I can surely persist on what is in the Bible!
B. It is for freedom that Christ has set us free.
Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery. Gal.5:1
1. Yes, Christ has set us free from the Law of Moses. Gal.3:22-25
2. Yes, stand firm, do not let man made tradition bother you!
3. We know an idol is nothing at all in the world. 1Cor.8:4
4. For us there is but one Lord, Jesus Christ.
Through him all things came and through him we live. 1Cor.8:6
C. He who stands firm to the end will be saved! Matt.10:21-22
1. Brother will betray brother to death, and a father his child; children will rebel against their parents
and have them put to death. Matt.10:21
2. All men will hate you because of me, but he who stand firm to the end will be saved! Matt.10:22
3. Thank God, in America, no one can betray us to death because we stand firm to the Bible truth!
4. This is why I insist not going to visit any “holy place” in the world!
I insist, this place where I worship God is the holiest place on this earth!
D. Many false prophets will appear and deceive many people! Matt.24:10-14
1. At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other. Matt.24:10
2. Many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. Matt.24:11
3. Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold. Matt.24:12
4. But he who stands firm to the end will be saved. Matt.24:13
5. And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations;
and then shall the end come. Matt.24:14
E. Conclusion:
1. So then, brothers, stand firm and hold to the teachings we passed on to you, whether by word of
mouth or by letter. 2Thes.2:15
2. Watch your life and doctrine closely.
Persevere in them, because if you do, you will save both yourself and your hearers. 1Tim.4:16
3. You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God.
You will receive what he has promised. Heb.10:36
