A. Preface: Everyone will say yes!
1. Thus anyone believe Jesus and not do what Bible says is Satan's children! Jn.8:44
2. Because their believe Jesus is a lie!
B. Believe Jesus according to the Bible?
1. These kinds of people always pursue righteousness in life! 1Jn.3:10
Because they are children of God!
2. They live a life that flee the evil desires of youth, and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace,
along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart. 2Tim.2:22
3. They are all members of the church of Christ!
For the church of Christ is not about eating and drinking.
The church of Christ is about righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. Ro.14:17
C. Believe Jesus according to the Bible?
1. Honesty in word and deed! Matt.5:37
Simply let your Yes be Yes, and your No, be No; anything beyond this comes from the devil.
2. Lie not one to another; seeing that ye have put off the old man with his doings.
And have put on the new man.
This new man is being renewed unto knowledge after the image of him that created him. Col.3:9-10
3. These people know how to stay free from sin! 1Jn.1:9-10
4. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins,
and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1Jn.1:9
5. If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us. 1Jn.1:10
D. Believe Jesus according to the Bible?
1. Now these were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all
readiness of the mind, examining the Scriptures daily, whether these things were so. Acts 17:11
2. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom,
and as you sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God. Col.3:16
3. Therefore, get rid of all moral filth and the evil that is so prevalent and humbly accept the word
planted in you, which can save your souls.
E. Believe Jesus according to the Bible?
1. But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality, or of any kind of impurity,
or of greed, because these are improper for God's holy people. Eph.5:3
2. No adultery, no divorce. Heb.13:4.
Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the
adulterer and all the sexually immoral.
3. No one loves money! Heb.13:5
Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has
said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.
4. Not afraid to die the physical death! Heb.13:6.
So we say with confidence: The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?
5. Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you.
Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith. Heb.13:7
F. Conclusion: Believe Jesus according to the Bible?
1. God lays up sound wisdom in store for the righteous.
He is a buckler to them that walk uprightly. Proverb 2:7
2. People believe Jesus according to the Bible always seek to do righteousness.
3. People believe Jesus definitely know the truth in the Bible.
4. People know the truth is all in the church of Christ.
5. People not in the church of Christ cannot believe Jesus according to the Bible.
6. People not in the church of Christ and say they know the truth have to be children of the devil!
7. Simply let your Yes be Yes, and your No, be No; anything beyond this comes from the devil.
