A. main Scriptures for this study: Mark 16:15-16
Jesus' command: Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.
Whoever believes and is baptized shall be saved. Whoever does not believe shall be condemned.
1. This gospel is to all creation.
2. All creation means all human on earth.
3. It is whoever believes and is baptized shall be saved.
4. There are two things each human must do to be saved.
These two things are believes and baptized.
B. What is to be saved?
1. A human has 3 lives, spirit and soul and body. Which is to be saved?
2. The body is appointed to die once! Heb.9:27
3. At dead of the body it returns to dust! Ecc.12:7
4. At dead of the body the spirit returns to God who gave it. Ecc.12:7
5. It is the soul who sinned is the one who will die. Eze.18:20
6. Therefore, it is the soul that needs to be saved!
7. A soul died in sins will suffer in Hades then in Hell forever!
8. A soul without sins lives in Paradise then in Heaven forever!
C. Key point of the gospel is the forgiveness of sins!
1. Jesus said: This is my blood, which is shed for many for the forgiveness of sins. Matt.26:28
2. To believers Peter declared:
Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins,
and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
3. To Saul, a sinner, Ananias declared:
Why are you waiting for? Get up and be baptized to wash way your sins.
4. Therefore, it is at time of being baptized Jesus' blood wash away sins!
D. This is a new and living way! Heb.10:19-20
1. Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus,
by a new and living way opened for us through the curtain, that is, his body.
2. For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body,
of which he is the Savior. Eph.5:23
3. Praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people.
And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved. Ac.2:47
4. It is in the church one may grow in their salvation! 1Peter 2:1-2
Therefore, rid yourselves of all malice and all deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and slander of every kind.
Like newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up in your salvation.
5. Finally, brothers, good-by. Aim for perfection, listen to my appeal, be of one mind, live in peace.
And the God of love and peace will be with you. 2Cor.13:11
6. Be perfect as the Father in heaven is perfect! Matt.4:48
E. Conclusion: Apostle John declared: 1Jn.1:5-10
1. This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you:
God is light; in him there is no darkness at all. 1Jn.1:5
2. If we claim to have fellowship with him yet walk in the darkness,
we lie and do not live by the truth. 1Jn.1:6
3. But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another,
and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin. 1Jn.1:7
4. If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. 1Jn.1:8
5. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and
purify us from all unrighteousness. 1Jn.1:9
6. Dead or alive Christ is magnified in our bodies!
7. Be sure the body died the death all people wish for--> Rest in the bosom of the Lord!
