Share basic Bible truth! (A man has 3 lives.)
A. Thank God Peter preached last Sunday! (10/14/18)
1. I discovered! As a servant of God I was entrusted with less than one talent!
2. Often had I said in the past! God did not give me much! Just a little!
3. I also often said I am very thankful to God! God also gave me the desire to utilize the little
I was given to the best of my ability in doing the Lord's work!
4. I am very thankful that I have a share in doing the Lord’s work!
B. Tested and entrusted! 1Thes.2:3-5
1. Peter also discovered these scriptures for me!
For the appeal we make does not spring from error or impure motives,
nor are we trying to trick you. 1Thes.2:3
On the contrary, we speak as men approved by God to be entrusted with the gospel.
We are not trying to please men but God, who tests our hearts. 1Thes.2:4
You know we never used flattery, nor did we put on a mask to cover up greed—
God is our witness. 1Thes.2:5
2. Here in the church there is no trick, no flattery!
Now you know why did I see someone came in with smoking smell!
I told them go home quit smoking then come to learn to believe Jesus!
3. Yes, up front, no trick, no flattery!
For those tried to used attending church for immigration!
Up front, I tell them this registered minister does not testify in court!
4. We are granted to discover these few basic truths we must share!
C. Each human has three lives! 1Thes.5:23
1. Do not be surprise! You may not meet one that knows this in your life time!
This scripture says--> May your whole spirit and soul and body…!
2. Watch how the NIV Bible translated this verse!
May your whole spirit, soul and body …. 1Thes.5:23
In English sentence construction "spirit, soul" mean spirit is soul!
This proved their 115 Bible scholars do not know this truth!
3. Have mercy on your family members and friends share this basic knowledge with them!
D. Soul is the one needs salvation!
1. At death of the body the spirit returns to God who gave it! Ecc.12:7
2. At death of the body the body returns to dust it came from. Ecc.12:7
3. It is the soul who sinned it must die! Eze.18:20
Son will not be punished for father’s sin. Father will not die for son’s sin!
4. Have mercy on your family members and friends share this knowledge with them!
E. At the resurrection each will be given a body!
1. So will it be with the resurrection of the dead.
The body that is sown is perishable, it is raised imperishable. 1 Cor.15:42
2. In the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be
raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 1Cor.15:52
3. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 1Cor.15:53
4. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality,
then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. 1Cor.15:54
5. There is no death of the body! No need for the God giving spirit! James 2:26
6. The new heaven and new earth is home of the righteousness! 2Peter 3:13
F. At resurrection there will be no sin to be committed!
1. At resurrection the world is no more!
No lust of the flesh! No lust of the eyes, no vain glory! 1Jn.2:16
2. In heaven there is no husband and no wife they all be like angels! Matt.22:30
3. Yes, thank God by then there is no sin to be committed!
