A. It means these!
1. All men pray for each other! 1Tim.2:1
I exhort therefore, first of all, that supplications, prayers, intercessions, thanksgivings,
be made for all men!
2. All citizens pray for their rulers! 1Tim.2:2
Offer prayers for kings and all that are in high place;
that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all goodness and gravity.
3. God is happy with all nations and all men! 1Tim.2:3
This is good and acceptable in the sight of God and our Savior. 1Tim.2:3
4. God’s desire is fulfilled! 1Tim.2:4
God wants all men to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth!
5. All men know the truth in the Bible!
6. All men worship in church of Christ on Sunday! Ac.2:47
B. It means these!
1. Honesty is everyone’s life long living policy!
Jesus said: Let your yes be yes and your no be no!
Anything beyond this is from the devil! Matt.5:37
2. Apostle Paul shows us how! Ro.9:1
I say the truth in Christ, I lie not, my conscience bearing witness with me in the Holy Spirit.
3. The God and father of the Lord Jesus, he who is blessed for evermore know that I lie not.
4. Only unbelievers lie!
Lie not one to another; seeing that you have put off the old man with his doings. Col.3:9
5. Only Children of the devil lie! Ac.13:10
To the Sorcerer Paul said: You are a child of the devil and an enemy of all righteousness.
You are full of all kinds of deceit and trickery.
Will you never stop perverting the right way of the Lord?
6. To the having believed Jews, Jesus said:
You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desire!
He was a murderer in the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him.
When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies! Jn.8:44
7. All liars will be in hell forever!
But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, fornicators, sorcerers, idolaters
and all liars -- their place will be in hell. This is the 2nd death! Rev.21:8
C. Imagine! A world there is no lie!
1. Everyone is lovely.
2. Everyone is trust worthy.
3. Life is truly easy and free!
D. Yes, it is possible!
1. Jesus is our example!
He committed no sin, and no deceit was found in his mouth. 1 Peter 2:22
2. Rid yourselves of all malice and all deceit, hypocrisy, envy and slander of every kind.1Pet.2:1
3. This kinds of people also get to live in heaven!
No lie was found in their mouth; they are blameless. Rev.14:5
4. Let no one tells you this is impossible! Jesus commands it! Matt.5:37
5. Look to yourself and say: Start with me!
6. Spread to your family, then to people around you!
E. Conclusion: Believe Jesus according to the Bible what does it mean?
It means glory to God in the highest!
It means on earth peace among men in whom God is well pleased! Luke 2:14
