Immoveable can be a great blessing or a great woe!

Immoveable can be a great blessing or a great woe!

A. Apostle Paul was such an immoveable man! (Acts 20:22-24)

When comes to do the work the Lord had given him, he is immoveable!

Now, behold, I go bound in the spirit unto Jerusalem, not knowing the things that shall befall me there:

save that the Holy Spirit testify unto me in every city, saying that bonds and afflictions abide me.

But I hold not my life of any account as dear to me, so that I may accomplish my course,

and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.

He was saying whatever may happen to me dead or alive, I will finish the work

which the Lord Jesus given me to do!

B. Immoveable in unbelieving is very dangerous! Matt.11:21-22

The Jews in Chorazin and Bethsaida were immoveable also!

Jesus said: Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida!

for if the mighty works had been done in Tyre and Sidon which were done in you,

they would have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes.

But I say unto you, it shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon in the day of judgment than for you.

When comes to follow Jesus, Paul and the Jews were both immoveable!

Paul was immoveable in follow Jesus, the Jews were immoveable not to follow Jesus!

The difference is Paul end up in heaven and the Jews end up in hell!

C. 2000 years has gone by the situation is still the same!

In reality, when comes to follow Jesus, many are determined not to!

They had bad experience in their life and they blame God for it!

If there is a God, how can God let me suffered so much!

As for myself many know that I am an immoveable man when comes to Follow Jesus and preach the truth

   in the Bible!

I am thankful no one tells me that I can’t tell the truth in the Bible and things really happened!

The undeniable fact is this, I am still preaching in the church which is with a name recorded in the

Bible and those who disagree with me are not!

This kind of immoveable shall abide forever!

D. A vessel can run aground and become immoveable!  Acts 27:41

   1. When this happened the Bible says, the vessel was broken into pieces by wave of the sea!

This immoveable was a disaster to the ship itself and all who were in that ship!

So, please be careful before you decide to become immoveable!

You and yours may all end up destroyed!

   2. Apostle Paul advice the Corinthians:

My dear brethren, be ye steadfast, immoveable always abounding in the work of the Lord… 1 Cor.15:58

   3. Whatever happens, conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ.

Then, whether I come and see you or only hear about you in my absence, I will know that you are

immoveable in one spirit, contending as one man for the faith. (Phil.1:27)

One can become immoveable in Jesus or become immoveable outside of Jesus!

E. Conclusion:

Be very careful about being immoveable, for you may become immoveable in the lake of fire!

   That will be forever immoveable!

May the Lord bless you and keep you forever!
