Contradiction in God's word?
A. Were these Jews in John 8:31 already believed, once believed or having believed!?
1. English Bible translated as once believed!
2. For down to verse 37 and 40 Jesus said these Jews seek to kill him!
3. Down to verse 44 Jesus said they belonged to Satan!
4. Down to verse 45 Jesus said they do not believe him!
5. At the end verse 59 these Jews picked up stones to stone Jesus!
6. NIV translators gather 115 Bible experts from many denomination churches worked 10 years!
They figured they need to change the original having into had to solve the problem for God!
7. They changed having into had and explain: Once these Jews had believed but now they did not!
That was why they were so wicked!
B. To our surprise God granted us to know the truth!
1. These Jews having believed Jesus as a prophet! Matt.16:13-18.
2. That was the normal way to treat a prophet at their time! Matt.23:37
3. Apostle Peter did say: You are the Christ the Son of the Living God! Matt.16:16
4. Jesus said: This was not revealed to you by man, but by my Father in heaven. Matt.16:17
5. Thus we see at the time Jews believed Jesus was a prophet!
6. They nailed Jesus to the cross and said: If you are the Son of God, come down from the cross. Matt.27:40
C. Why God granted us to know this truth!
1. The truth is granted only to Jesus’ disciples! Matt.13:10-11
2. Jesus promised this! Jn.16:12-14
3. Apostle Peter confirmed to this! 2Peter 1:3
4. The key verse is John 8:32!
Jesus promised: Then you will know the truth and the truth will make you free!
5. Always remember Jesus’ disciples know the truth and are free from sins!
D. Suggestion on how to utilize this knowledge!
1. Ask whoever willing to talk!
What is the problem in John 8:31?
2. Not interested? Move on do not waste time!
3. Willing to worship God on Sunday in church of Christ?
If the answer is no! Move on do not waste time!
4. Believe Jesus and participate in church with name not church of Christ pile up sins!
5. Jesus said: Do not give dogs what is sacred; do not throw your pearls to pigs.
If you do, they may trample them under their feet, and then turn and tear you to pieces. Matt.7:6
E. I know how pigs or dogs turn and tear others to pieces!
1. Make no mistake and there is no exception!
Pigs and dogs hide behind this statement: They are heretic!
2. I was trained this way before I know better!
3. I found, all who label others as heretic! They themselves are all heretic!
4. All I need to say is this! Is the name of your church in the Bible?
5. I let God be the judge! Jesus was appointed to judge the living and the dead!
6. Jesus said: Do not judge, or you too will be judged! Matt.7:1
7. Jesus said: As for the person who hears my words but does not keep them, I do not judge him.
For I did not come to judge the world, but to save it. Jn.12:47
8. There is a judge for the one who rejects me and does not accept my words;
that very word which I spoke will condemn him at the last day. Jn.12:48
9. Right on the dot!
Is the name of your church in the Bible? Let God’s word be the judge!
F. NIV Bible got this one right!

2. If NIV Bible translators have faith in God’s wisdom!
They should translate as they claim: NIV Bible is the most accurate to the original text!
3. Then they would be members of church of Christ and know this truth as we do!
