C. This cup is only about death of the Body!

Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell. Matt.10:28

F. Learn from Apostle Paul!

1. How much he loved his kinsmen? Ro.9:1-3

   a. I speak the truth in Christ-- I am not lying, my conscience confirms it in the Holy Spirit -- Ro.9:1

   b. I have great sorrow and unceasing anguish in my soul. Ro.9:2

   c. For I could wish that I myself were cursed and cut off from Christ for the sake of my brothers,

those of my own race. Ro.9:3

2. But when the Jews opposed Paul and became abusive.  He shook out his clothes in protest and said to them:

Your blood be on your own heads! I am clear of my responsibility.

From now on I will go to the Gentiles. Ac.18:6

G. Conclusion:  1. Joshua put it this way!  Josh.24:15

But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve,

whether the gods your forefathers served beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you

are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.

2. Apostle Paul put it this way: Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Phil.4:4

May the Lord bless you and keep you always!  Preach this March 15, 2020.
