A. A few things I said often!
1. It is by the grace of God we are who we are! Yes, we are a church of Christ!
2. Lift up my eyes to the sky, I said: Lord, human you created! See what they have become!
3. If you can't do what Bible says, don't say you believe Jesus!
Say believe Jesus but not do what Jesus says make things worse for all involve!
4. The way Covid-19 spread I see similarity with the last plague in Egypt! Ex.12:22-23
Take a bunch of hyssop, dip it into the blood in the basin and put some of the blood on the top and on both
sides of the doorframe. Not one of you shall go out the door of his house until morning. Exodus 12:22
When the Lord goes through the land to strike down the Egyptians, he will see the blood on the top and sides
of the doorframe and will pass over that doorway, and he will not permit the destroyer to enter your houses
and strike you down. Ex.12:23
5. Let us pray!
Lord, please let not permit Covid-19 enter the house your children dwell!
B. God want human seek him and find him! Acts 17:26-30
1. God made of one every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth, having determined appointed
seasons, and the bounds of their habitation; that they should seek God, if haply they might feel after him
and find him, though he is not far from each one of us. Ac.17:26-27
2. The times of ignorance therefore God overlooked; but now he commands men that they should all everywhere
repent: inasmuch as he hath appointed a day in which he will judge the world in righteousness by the man whom
he has ordained; whereof he has given assurance unto all men, in that he has raised him from dead. Ac.17:30-31
C. What do human do?
1. Especially in NYC, I have seen! For 45 years!
2. People come to NYC seek to make American money!
3. How many seek God!? Yes, my wife always likes to remind me!
We and our brothers and sisters in this church do!
4. But I still feel sad seeing so many souls go to hell!
D. Have heard a pastor got arrested?
1. He continues to conduct meeting in his church with name not in Bible!
2. Church building much larger than ours! He has lots of people listen to him!
3. I guess he was thinking about Acts 5:29!
But Peter and the apostles answered and said, We must obey God rather than men.
4. Government authority told him to stop meeting! He was committed to practice Acts 5:29!
5. He does not care what 1 Peter 2:13 says!
Be subject to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake: whether to the king, as supreme.
6. His practice clearly shows, he does not understand Bible truth! Why so many went listen to him!
He is actually disobeying God and disobeying human authority! Why so many listen to him!
7. But we know both above scriptures plus Heb.10:25-26!
Why our church building smaller with fewer people listen to us! Aggravated?
E. This rather never happened! Lev.10:1-3
1. And Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took each of them his censer, and put fire therein, and laid incense
thereon, and offered strange fire before Jehovah, which he had not commanded them. Lev.10:1
2. And there came forth fire from before Jehovah, and devoured them, and they died before Jehovah. Lev.10:2
3. Then Moses said unto Aaron:
This is it that Jehovah spoke, saying, I will be sanctified in them that come nigh me, and before all the people
I will be glorified. And Aaron held his peace. Lev.10:3
4. If these two sons did not go worship with Aaron, they may not have died!?
F. This is it! Matt.7:22-23
1. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy by thy name, and by thy name cast out
demons, and by thy name do many mighty works? Matt.7:22
2. And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. Matt.7:23
3. I may not know how you feel! But this is clear to me! Jesus was angry with them!
G. Conclusion! Let’s be comforted with this!
Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things.
I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master's happiness! Matt.25:23
