The one way to worship God!
A. Absolutely!
1. If church name is not in the Bible everything done in the name of the Lord is evil!
Many will say to me on that day: Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name?
And in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles? Matt.7:22
Then I will tell them plainly: I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers! Matt.7:21-23
2. Consider lucky that you are in the New Testament time! Otherwise, instant body death is included!
3. The saved people are in church of Christ! Ro.12:4-5, Ro.16:16, 1Cor.11:18
Praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people.
And the Lord added to the church of Christ daily those who were being saved. Ac.2:47
4. The Lord set the forever one way to worship God! Jn.4:24
B. Forget about all these in the Old Testament!
1. Have Aaron your brother brought to you from among the Israelites, along with his sons
Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar, so they may serve me as priests. Ex.28:1
***Note: Nadab and Abihu died in worship to God for offering thing not commanded! Lev.10:1-3
2. Expensive sacred complicated garments for priests! Ex.28:2-4
3. Aaron and his sons must wear them whenever they enter the Tent of Meeting or approach the altar
to minister in the Holy Place, so that they will not incur guilt and die.
This is to be a lasting ordinance for Aaron and his descendants. Ex.28:43
4. Once a year Aaron shall make atonement on its horns.
This annual atonement must be made with the blood of the atoning sin offering for the generations to come.
It is most holy to the Lord. Ex.30:10
5. Anoint Aaron and his sons and consecrate them so they may serve me as priests. Ex.30:30
*** In the one way to worship God all saved people are holy and royal priests! 1 Peter 2:5,9
6. The priest who is anointed and ordained to succeed his father as high priest is to make atonement.
He is to put on the sacred linen garments and make atonement for the Most Holy Place,
for the Tent of Meeting and the altar, and for the priests and all the people of the community. Lev.16:32-33
7. This is to be a lasting ordinance for you:
Atonement is to be made once a year for all the sins of the Israelites.
And it was done, as the Lord commanded Moses. Lev.16:34
C. The one way to worship God is done in the church of Christ!
1. Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holy place by the blood of Jesus.
By a new and living way opened for us through the curtain, that is, his body. Heb.10:19-20
***Search all over! You will see only the church of Christ worship God according to Bible truth!
2. Then he said: Here I am, I have come to do your will.
He sets aside the first to establish the second. Heb.10:9
3. By which will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.Heb.10:10
4. Jesus offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down on the right hand of God. Heb.10:12
5. For by one offering he hath perfected forever them that are sanctified. Heb.10:14
6. This is the covenant I will make with them after that time, says the Lord.
I will put my laws in their hearts, and I will write them on their minds. Heb.10:16
***Sharing and study Bible truth are essential!
7. Then he adds: "Their sins and lawless acts I will remember no more. Heb.10:17
8. Where these have been forgiven, there is no longer any sacrifice for sin. Heb.10:18
***It is be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins! Ac.2:38
***It is if we confess our sins.
God is faithful and righteous and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. 1Jn.1:9
D. The forever items in Sunday worship!
1. Eat the Lord supper! Ac.2:42, 20:7, 1Cor.11:23-31
2. Preaching word from God’s mouth. Ac.2:42, 1 Pet.4:11
3. Offer praises with fruit of the lips. Heb.13:15
4. Contribution in support of the work of the Lord. 1Cor.16:1-2, Phil.4:15-19
5. Prayers and reading to the scripture! Ac.2:42.
***Apostle Paul reminded us: Even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than
the one we peached to you. Let him be condemned! Gal.1:8-12
