What Peter say about Paul’s writings!
Bear in mind that our Lord's patience means salvation, just as our dear brother Paul also wrote you
with the wisdom that God gave him. He writes the same way in all his letters, speaking in them of these matters.
His letters contain some things that are hard to understand, which ignorant and unstable people distort,
as they do the other Scriptures, to their own destruction. 2 Peter 3:15-16
Peter said it 2000 years ago and it happened all over!
Ignorant and unstable people distort Paul’s letters to their own destruction!
For example they distort what Paul said in Ro.10:9!
To me this is the most serious one because this cause almost all denomination people to their own destruction!
Some distort Acts 2:1-4 on account of the Holy Spirit baptism!Some even call themselves as devoted Pentecostal people!
They quote this scriptures to claim authority on knowing the scripture and filled with the Holy Spirit.
But I have yet to know one of these people who know the truth in the Bible in my 50 years of preaching!
Denomination teachers distort the meaning of Eph.2:8-9.“We are saved by grace through faith”!
Yes, the verses it self says that! But in the context we know what and why Paul wrote that!
The problem is not that they did not understand the scripture, but making big mistake in using it!
Yes, we are saved by grace through faith not by works!
But why did he write this? In the context we know he was writing about how to debate against those dogs
who taught the saved in the church have to be circumcised and required to obey the law of Moses! Ac.15:1
Yes, people all over the world distort what Paul wrote!
They thought the book of Romans were all about “we are saved by grace through faith”.
They thought the book of Romans was to explain how people are saved by grace through faith!
The big problem is this. They use this to exclude water baptism as a final step for salvation in the Lord!
Mk.16:16, Ac.2:38, 22:16!
Final step, I mean in transforming a sinner into a saved person!
They failed to discover the first to preach this idea was Peter, not Paul!
Please read Acts 15:9-11 and you will know.
It was in the debate about whether the saved in the church need to be circumcised and obey the law of Moses
to be saved in the Lord!
It was in this context Peter said it!
We are saved by grace through faith, not by being circumcised and obeying the law of Moses!
It was used to dispute those dogs!
Many may not know why I write this way!
Please read Phil.3:1-2 then you will know Paul called those people dogs, not me!
What should puzzle you is this, why do I know all these and others do not discover or cannot discover!
Now that I have shared this with you and you are reading it.
Do you understand what I am writing here?
Let me say it again and you will see me say this again!
Anyone who has been granted to know the truth in the Bible has to be in the church of Christ.
God will make sure one whom he granted the right to know the truth will be in a church of Christ!
What more can I say, it is because I am a Chinese preacher?!
In the Chinese culture we have this “ming zheng yan shun名正言顺” logic!
I know no other culture have this saying.
If you know one please share with me I would be glad to know for I desire all to know the truth and
be free from sin that is why I am a preacher of the truth!
A church that gets to have the privilege to be granted the truth has to be in a church of Christ.
For God has a philosophy in Proverb 2:1-7, God store up true wisdom for those who live on earth doing righteousness,
determined to be an upright person!
Without being in a church of Christ no one can live this upright life!
That is why the name of the church is so important!
Tore down the name church of Christ and replace in its place any other name will make all those involved unrighteous
and wicked!
If there is no other reason, this by itself is enough reason for all who are not in a church of Christ be excluded
from knowing the truth!
What more can I say to help you to come to the church of Christ!
Yes, it is not to say, all those who are in a church of Christ are upright people!
Or all who are in a church of Christ know the truth! In my own 50 years experiences,
I know lot of people who get to be in a church of Christ for many years still do not know the truth!
So what I am saying it this, only those who are in a church of Christ has a chance to live an upright life
to become qualify to know the truth which God stores up for them!
Many may get to be in a church of Christ but refuse to spend time to search the truth.
Many who are in a church of Christ with certain agenda which prevent them to know the truth.
Being in a church of Christ by itself is not enough for one to be an upright person!
As Jesus said to those Jews who having believed him, they do not abide in his words and they do not know the truth
and they were not free from sins. For the truth can set them free! John 8:31-59
Jesus called those Jews who having believed him as children of Satan! John 8:44
Being in a church of Christ by itself is not enough.
It is only the first step!
One who gets to be in a church of Christ must live according to what Jesus said!
It is then, they will be granted to know the truth and the truth will make them free from sin!
Now, you are not wonder why so many in this present world claim to believe Jesus and devote their lives to serve
in their church never know the truth and never been free from sin!
Have you seen or read any country in Europe rise up to do righteousness while they were granted to be rich and strong!
Not one! I know why, and I know you don’t!
Their biggest problem was tore down the name church of Christ and replace in its place Roman Catholic Church!
This is a direct insult and challenge to the Lord Jesus Christ!
Can you imagine if I come to your church tore down the name of your church and replace in its place the name
church of Christ!
Any church on this earth let me do it!
Please bear in mind, I replace a name that is not in the Bible with a name that is in the Bible!
Yes, this also proved the wickedness of replacing the name church of Christ with other name!
As you can see they can change the name of the church which the Lord established.
But I can’t change their church name which is not in the Bible which is established by evil people!
(Spiritually evil people!) because people in the world failed to see this wickedness.
This is another sin they are committing!
Spend times with these people then soon you will say, “I be damned!”
He cometh into his own country; and his disciples follow him. Mk 6:2
And when the Sabbath was come, he began to teach in the synagogue:
and many hearing him were astonished, saying, Whence hath this man these things?
and, What is the wisdom that is given unto this man, and (what mean) such mighty works wrought by his hands?
Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, and brother of James, and Joses, and Judas, and Simon?
and are not his sisters here with us?
And they were offended in him.
And Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honor, save in his own country, and among his own kin,
and in his own house.
And he could there do no mighty work, save that he laid his hands upon a few sick folk, and healed them.
So my dear ones please think about what church you are attending!
