Within your body there is a soul!
This soul may end up in hell if you do not wake up while it lives in your body!
A. Evidence:
1. And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground,
and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. Gen.2:7
***This word ‘living’ can be joyful or dreadful! Depend on where it is living!
2. The very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body
be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 1Thes.5:23
3. The soul who sins is the one who will die.
The son will not share the guilt of the father, nor will the father share the guilt of the son.
The righteousness of the righteous man will be credited to him.
And the wickedness of the wicked will be charged against him. Eze.18:20
4. The time came when the beggar died and the angels carried him to Abraham's side.
The rich man also died and was buried. In Hades, where he was in torment,
he looked up and saw Abraham far away, with Lazarus by his side. Lk.16:22-23
5. And inasmuch as it is appointed unto men once to die, and after this judgment;
so Christ also, having been once offered to bear the sins of many, shall appear a second time,
apart from sin, to them that wait for him, unto salvation. Heb.9:27-28
B. Jesus wept for souls going to hell! Jn.11:35
1. This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins. Matt.26:28
2. Jesus suffered this much to save your soul! Jesus said to his disciples:
My soul is over whelmed with sorrow to the point of death, stay here and keep watch. Mk.14:34
3. 2000 years ago the Jews failed! Wish you do not!
O Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those sent to you, how often I have longed to gather
your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were not willing. Matt.23:37
Look, your house is left to you desolate. Matt.23:38
4. Woe to you, Korazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if the miracles that were performed in you had been
performed in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago, sitting in sackcloth and ashes. Lk.10:13
C. To save your soul you have to do these!
1. Believe Jesus is your Lord and Christ.
2. Repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for forgiveness of sins and receive gift of the Holy Spirit!
3. Not stop the meeting of ourselves in worship to God on Sunday!
4. Insist to obey the Apostle’s teaching.
5. When body leave this world be a member of the church of Christ!
6. All souls know without being a member of the church of Christ one must not die! Rev.20:14-15
D. It is not easy to save your soul! Ro.7:22-25
1. For in my inner being I delight in God's law. Ro.7:22
2. But I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and
making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members. Ro.7:23
3. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Ro.7:24
4. Thanks be to God-- through Jesus Christ our Lord!
So then, I myself in my mind am a slave to God's law, but in the flesh a slave to the law of sin. Ro.7:25
E. Conclusion:
Jesus believers are to live as long as possible! Phil.1:21-26
1. For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain. Phil.1:21
2. If I am to go on living in the body, this will mean fruitful labor for me.
Yet what shall I choose? I do not know! Phil.1:22
3. I am torn between the two: I desire to depart and be with Christ, which is better by far. Phil.1:23
4. But it is more necessary for you that I remain in the body. Phil.1:24
5. Convinced of this, I know that I will remain,
and I will continue with all of you for your progress and joy in the faith, so that
through my being with you again your joy in Christ Jesus will overflow on account of me. Phil.1:25-26
