5. He asked: How to verify one is born again?
Jesus answered: The wind blows wherever it pleases.
You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going.
So it is with everyone born of the Spirit. Jn.3:8 (It is to be a Jesus rules regulate behavior!)

He was filled with joy because he had come to believe in God --

E. Conclusion: Apostle Peter answered this question! Ac.2:36-42
1. 3000 people asked: What shall we do? Ac.2:37
2. Peter replied: Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ
for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. Ac.2:38
3. The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off --
for all whom the Lord our God will call. Ac.2:39
4. With many other words he warned them; and he pleaded with them:
Save yourselves from this corrupt generation. Ac.2:40
5. Those who accepted his message were baptized,
and about 3000 were added to their number that day.Ac.2:41
6. They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship,
to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Ac.2:42
(The 3000 were baptized for what? The Philippians family baptized for what?)
