Fact of life! But who care!
1. God is one! Mk.12:32-33
The man replied: Well said, teacher you are right in saying that God is one and there is no other but him.
2. To love him with all your heart, with all your understanding and with all your strength. Mk.12:33
There is no love left for other god!
3. I told you that you would die in your sins;
if you do not believe that I am, you will indeed die in your sins. Jn.8:24
4. Jesus said: I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full. Jn.10:10
5. Jesus said: On this rock I will build my church… Matt.16:18
6. After resurrection Jesus appeared to them in 40 days and spoke about the kingdom of God. Ac.1:3
7. But you shall receive power, after that the Holy Spirit is come upon you: and you shall be witnesses unto me
both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. Ac.1:8
8. If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not take him into your house or welcome him.
For he that gives him greeting partakes in his evil works. 2Jn.1:10-11
B. I don't go to church because church is for lowly people!
1. Brothers, think of what you were when you were called. 1Cor.1:26
Not many of you were wise by human standards; not many were influential; not many were of noble birth.
2. But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise;
God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong. 1Cor.1:27
3. He chose the lowly things of this world and the despised things-- and the things that are not—
to nullify the things that are, so that no one may boast before him. 1Cor.1:28-29
4. All public transportations have thugs on!
5. NYC streets are full of walking thugs (evil doing people)!
A thug was a member of a religious organization of robbers and assassins in India.
6. In America there are many gun-shot dead but many still come!
7. Among immigrants in Mexico border are drug gangs! Massive people still come!
C. Only the sick and the poor believe Jesus! Matt.11:2-5
1. When John heard in prison what Christ was doing, he sent his disciples to ask Jesus:
Are you the one who was to come, or should we expect someone else? Matt.11:2-3
2. Jesus replied: Go back and report to John what you hear and see:
The blind receive sight, the lame walk, those who have leprosy are cured, the deaf hear, the dead are raised,
and the gospel is preached to the poor. Matt.11:4-5
3. Cornelius, a centurion in what was known as the Italian Regiment entire family believed. Ac.10:1
4. Crispus, the synagogue ruler, and his entire household believed in the Lord;
and many of the Corinthians who heard him believed and were baptized. Ac.18:8
5. At this point Festus interrupted Paul's defense.
He shouted: Paul you are out of your mind! Your great learning is driving you insane. Ac.26:24
D. Jesus believers practice your turn the other cheek!
1. But I say unto you that hear, love your enemies, do good to them that hate you, bless them that curse you,
pray for them that despitefully use you. Lk.6:27-28
2. To him that smite you on the cheek offer also the other;
and from him that take away your cloak withhold not your coat also. Lk.6:29
3. Give to everyone that ask you; and of him that take away your goods ask them not again. Lk.6:30
4. And as you would that men should do to you, do you also to them likewise. Lk.6:31
5. Jesus turned and said to Peter: Get behind me, Satan!
You are a stumbling block to me; you do not have in mind the things of God, but the things of men.Matt.16:23
6. To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said: If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Jn.8:31
You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father's desire. … Jn.8:44
7. Now the hand of the Lord is against you. You are going to be blind, and for a time you will be unable to see
the light of the sun. Immediately mist and darkness came over him, and he groped about, seeking someone
to lead him by the hand. Ac.13:11
8. Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. Gal.6:7
9. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. Heb.10:31
