December 31, 2010. 6 a.m. this idea pop up in my mind:
I have to share this lesson on the 2nd Sunday of the new years 2011!A. This is the way!
If we all link up events happened in the past and line them up together
then we will all know the same true message intended!
At the beginning everything was ready for Adam to enjoy!
God prepared everything he needed to enjoy his life for him!
Read Genesis chapter one and two then you will know!
After Adam disobeyed God, this is what God said to him: (Gen.3:17-19)
To Adam he said, because you had hearkened to the voice of your wife, and
ate of the tree, of which I commanded you, saying, you shall not eat of it:
cursed is the ground for thy sake; in toil shall you eat of it all the days
of thy life; thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to you; and you
shall eat the herb of the field; in the sweat of your face shall you eat
bread, till you return unto the ground; for out of it was you taken:
for dust thou art, and to dust shall you return.
B. Isaiah 28:10-13-->
For it is precept upon precept, precept upon precept;
line upon line, line upon line; here a little, there a little. Nay, but by
(men of) strange lips and with another tongue will he speak to this people;
to whom he said, This is the rest, give ye rest to him that is weary; and
this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear. Therefore shall the word
of Jehovah be unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line
upon line, line upon line; here a little, there a little; that they may go,
and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken.
1. As we can see when comes to what must I do to be saved, it is the same!
And each one is to be for himself!
No others can know the truth and be saved for you! It is in sweat and toil you shall know the truth & be saved!
2. You shall also watch out for spiritual thorns and thistles!
Watch out for Satan’s fine-sounding arguments!
C. Example for illustration: Romans 10:9
This one is about the salvation of human soul!
The denomination world takes Romans 10:9 and preach a message that says:
Sinners need to confess with their mouth and believe Jesus as Lord in their
hearts, they are saved from their sins! But we are sure this is misleading!
2. First we know, salvation before and without water baptism is different from
what Jesus said in Mark 16:16!
Different from Paul’s testimony. Ac.22:12-16!
Different from what Peter preached in Acts 2:36-38
Gal.1:8 says, anyone preaches a different gospel is to be condemned!
3. Here is the correct link to understand Romans 10:9!
a. Romans 1:7 we know Romans 10:9 is for the saved saints in the church!
b. Romans 10:4 we know Paul was talking about Christ is the end of the Law!
c. This should remind us about the heresy in Acts 15:1 & 5.
d. Romans 10:9 was written to prevent saved saints in the church from being
confused and fall from grace by that group of heretics in Acts 15:1-5!
Therefore, no one can take Ro.10:9 and tell the world they can be saved in
the Lord Jesus Christ by merely confess with mouth and believe in heart!
D. Link up these following scriptures then you will know the way of salvation!
1. Mk.16:15-16. 2. Acts 2:36-38. 3. Acts 16:30-34. 4. Acts 22:12-16.
Then all will know the same way for salvation of the soul!
Believe Jesus is the Christ--> repent and be baptized for remission of sins-->
receive the gift of the Holy Spirit-->
live as a child of God always!
The sure sign of a child of God is able to do righteousness! 1 Jn.3:10
