Living the new life after water baptismà return to theocracy.
A. Western democracy. Jer.5:30-31耶利米书5:30-31节.
1. They say this is for the people, by the people and of the people!
It is simply what the people want, majority rule!
Such as living together is a norm in Europe!
Even in a Lutheran country like Demark!
A sister told her brother: I am getting married. Her brother said:
You are crazy! Everyone simply living together! Why married!
Living together having sex as husband and wife is fornication!
2. Gal.5:19-21 say, fornication is a work of the flesh that makes one can’t enter the kingdom of God! And we know what this mean!
3. 1 Cor.6:18 tells church people to flee fornication.
Every sin that a man does is outside the body;
but commit fornication sin against his own body!
But people in the world rush into it!
4. Prophet Jeremiah said this is a horrible and shocking thing has Happened in the land.
Preachers preach lies, rulers rule by their own authority and my people love it this way!
But what will you do in the end? Jer.5:30-31
B. Autocracy: 1 Sam.8:4-18
1. The people asked: Make us a king to judge us like all nations. 1 Sam.8:5
2. God warned them before hand:
The king will make them and their children become slaves. 1 Sam.8:9-13
3. The king will take what is theirs to become his! 1 Sam.8:14-1 7
By then you will cry to God for help. God will not help you!
Don’t need to say may God help me! 1 Sam.8:18
4. You know this has become a fact of our lives! Don’t say, may God help me!
C. Yes, do you know how the world lies in the evil one? 1 Jn.5:19
We know that we are of God, and the whole world lies in the evil one.
Let me just give you one little example in our daily life!
The traffic light turned green.
You try to drive pass that light. But the pedestrians keep walking.
Yes, they are all jay walking! Police and traffic agent do not care.
40 second later the light turned red.
You are stuck and blocking traffic from Main Street!
Police give you a ticket. You had become a lawless person!
YOUR FINE IS $150.
Those lawless pedestrians make the police, traffic agents and you lawless!
The whole world is like this! THE LOGIC IS THE SAME! THE WHOLE WORLD IS LIKE THIS!
D. Ancient wise men repeat this twice!
There is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death.
Now you know this is unchanging truth! Pro.14:12 and 16:25
E. Yes, the new life is return to theocracy in the church! Col.1:18
1. Christ is the head of the body, the church. He is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have supremacy.
As I lock myself in a room by myself.
2. It has to start with me! I am a king to myself. I can make Christ the Lord of my life!
When comes to like or dislike, I make sure I do what Christ like!
Not what I like. Not what others like!
This is why the scripture says so that Christ might have supremacy!
What I do is not what I like! I care not what other like. I do what Christ like!
Today’s young people like to use “I like it” for doing things!
They care not what parents like! This is I am king!
The problem is they do not have the ability to be king.
They take advantage of their parents love and kindness!
Those have real ability and confidence not just able to take care themselves,
they help take care parents and others!
They do not know how to get out of this Satan’s trap!
This is another way tell us this world lies in the evil one!
Because of their evil, parents and others suffer too!
This even make me angry!
I wish so much this wayà
because of their goodness we all enjoy happiness!
Joshua has a perfect example for us to follow: Joshua 24:15
If it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom you will serve;
whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood,
or the Amorites gods, in whose land you dwell:
but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.
3. I was young I made this promise to myself.
When got married and have a family, Christ is the Lord of my family!
With the mercy of God, matter not where we live, we still have a chance
to make Christ the Lord of our life!
We may decide to live a new life in theocracy!
By the grace of God, I had this dream and I did it! You can too!
I know not matter where you are!
You can promise yourself that you want to make Christ, Lord of your life!
Christ is the Lord of my house! I know you will succeed!
