Believe religion and believe Jesus what is the difference?
A. Almost all Chinese people think believe Jesus and believe religion is same!
1. In Mandarin Chinese, believe religion means xin jiao.
They think believe Jesus is xin jiao also!
2. They think preach Jesus means chuan jiao.

Believe religion is man made from the world!
1. Buddhism was made in India! People in India mostly don’t believe it!
But others in Asia pick it up and think they practice it!
2. Hinduism made in India! Most people in India believe it!
3. Christianity made in Europe and has spread all over the world!
4. Roman Catholic religion made in Italy, most European think they believe it!
5. Islam made by Arabian. Most Arabian believe it.
6. Believe Jesus and listen to Jesus was made by God in heaven! Mk.9:7 1Jn.5:9
a. A voice came from the cloud: This is my Son, whom I love listen to him.
b. We accept man's testimony, but God's testimony is greater because it is the testimony of God,
which he has given about his Son.
Anyone who believes in the Son of God has this testimony in his heart.
Anyone who does not believe God has made him out to be a liar,
because he has not believed the testimony God has given about his Son.
C. Believe religion, believer is lord of religion.
1. Such as believers decide the size, shape and look of the object of believe.
2. Believer decides the content and time of worship to the object of believe.
3. Believer tells his god what to say and how to answer his prayer!
4. Their god’s existence depend on whether they are useful to them!
As long as religion enhance what they want, religion exist!
As soon as religion is useless to them, religion is forsaken!
D. Believe Jesus, believers are slaves to righteousness! Ro.6:18
1. Believe religion, you are free to do what you please!
You have been set free from sin and have become slaves to righteousness.
2. Believe religion, religion is to be transformed according to man’s need.
Believe Jesus, you are to offer your body as living sacrifice. Ro.12:1-2
This means you are being transformed according to what says in the Bible!
3. Believe Jesus, you have to worship according to what says in the Bible!
Jn.4:24 God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth.
4. Believe Jesus, you have to teach and practice what says in the Bible.
Otherwise you will be condemned in hell! Gal.1:8
5. Believe religion, you name the religious organization!
Such as Christianity so and so church!
Believe Jesus, believers must be perfectly united in one church of Christ.
a. Jesus said, I will build my church! Matt.16:18
b. Jesus is Lord and Christ. Acts 2:36
c. If we don’t believe Jesus is the Christ, we die in our sins! Jn.8:24
d. The church was purchased with Christ’s own blood. Acts 20:28
e. The church is the body of Christ, church of Christ! Col.1:18
E. Man decides what to teach in religion!
God decides what to teach in believer Jesus!
1. This is why there are lots of different religions and organizations!
Such as in Christianity, there are Roman Catholic and protestant religion!
2. Believe Jesus has to be what God says in the Bible! Deu.18:20, Gal.1:8
But a prophet who presumes to speak in my name anything I have not commanded him to say,
or a prophet who speaks in the name of other gods, must be put to death."
Gal 1:8 But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you,
let him be eternally condemned!
