A. Debate with Jesus on believe Jesus after dead of the flesh! Matt.7:21-23
1. Jesus said: Not everyone that said to me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven;
but he that doeth the will of my Father who is in heaven.
Please forever remember: Only those do the will of God recorded in the Bible
shall enter into the kingdom of heaven!
Therefore, be sure to check what you practice is recorded in the Bible!
Such as the name of the church where you practice your believe!
Items of worship on Sunday are they all recorded in the Bible?
Ask those who teach to show you chapter and verse! Do not let them explain!
When they start to explain, you know it is not in the Bible!
If it is in the Bible, they can just tell you the chapter and verse!
2. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy by thy name,
and by thy name cast out demons, and by thy name do many mighty works?
Do not let doing these deceive you that you really believe Jesus!
a. Having a Bible the hand preaching in Jesus’ name!
People may preach another Jesus or a different gospel! Gal.1:8, 2 Cor.11:4
Yes, even with a Bible in their hand they can preach a different gospel!
b. Cast out demons in Jesus’ name!
None followers of Jesus can do these too! Lk.9:49, Acts 19:13
Check the name of their church or organization. Is it recorded in the Bible?
c. Perform many mighty works in Jesus’ name!
Satan’s people can do these too! 2 Thes.2:9
These people were so sure they did the above in the name of Jesus!
3. And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, you that work iniquity. Matt.7:23
To me, this is the most tragic of all in all human history!
a. To these people, they were so sure what they did were good works!
b. But Jesus said they were evil doers!
c. Can you imagine? With eagerness, thinking they are going straight into the kingdom of heaven,
but to find Jesus block them at the entrance and say:
I never knew you: depart from me, you evil doers!
d. There is no second chance for them! Instead going straight to hell!
Heaven become hell to them!
B. Jesus’ forever advise for people of the world! Matt.7:24-27
1. Every one therefore that hear these words of mine, and does them,
shall be likened unto a wise man, who built his house upon the rock.
And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house;
and it fell not, for it was founded upon the rock. Matt.7:24-25
a. Be smart like a wise man, built your faith upon the rock foundation!
b. Apostle Paul understand it this way--> 1 Cor.2:4-5
My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words,
but with a demonstration of the Spirit's power, so that your faith might not rest on men's wisdom,
but on God's power.
c. So please check what you believe and practice with the Bible! Is it recorded in the Bible while you are still living in the flesh?
This way, you do not have to debate with Jesus at the entrance to heaven!
2. And every one that hear these words of mine, and doeth them not,
shall be likened unto a foolish man, who built his house upon the sand:
and the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and smote upon that house;
and it fell: and great was the fall thereof.
C. Conclusion:
Be smart, no one can debate with Jesus on believe Jesus and win!
No fall is greater than to hear Jesus said these after dead of the flesh:
I never knew you. Depart from me you evil doers!
