The right time to say thank God, praise the Lord!
A. So you have pain in your heart! I have pain in my heart also!
Jesus said: In me you may have peace. In the world you may have tribulation!
As long as we live on this world, tribulation will find us out!
2. This can cause great pain in my heart!
Listening to a denomination person say: Keep saying thank God, praise the Lord!
Especially the one whom I had taught about Titus 3:10-11 but still quit the church to join them!
I ask with plain language: Did I teach you Titus 3:10-11 says, denomination are warped, sinful and
self-condemned? The answer was: Yes, you did! And I know!
Why do you still worship with denomination rather than with us according to what the Bible says?
The person left quietly and continue worship with denomination! This cause great pain in my heart!
B. What is the right time to say thank God, praise the Lord?
1. 1 Thes.2:13--> Thank God, you received from us the word of the message as the word of God.
a. Our message is the word of God. This is the right time to say, thank God, praise the Lord!
b. Thank God we are giving the opportunity to preach the word of God according to the Bible says!
c. Thank God, praise the Lord for those listen to us, understand and able to practice!
2. 1 Cor.1:4-7--> I thank my God always concerning you, for the grace of God which was given you in
Christ Jesus; For in him you have been enriched in every way-- in all your speaking and in all your
knowledge-- because our testimony about Christ was confirmed in you. Therefore you don’t lack
spiritual gift as you eagerly wait for our Lord Jesus Christ to be revealed.
a. Thank God, praise he Lord, the grace of God was given you.
b. Thank God, praise the Lord, some I taught, know the truth and able to share that with others!
c. Thank God, praise the Lord, all of you are here to follow the Lord Jesus Christ with me!
3. 2Thes.2:13 We ought always to thank God for you, brothers loved by the Lord, for from the
beginning God chose you to be saved through the sanctifying work of the Spirit and through belief
in the truth.
2:14 He called you to this through our gospel, you might share in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
2:15 So then, brothers, stand firm and hold to the teachings we passed on to you, whether by word of
mouth or by letter.
C. This is a right time to say thank God, praise the Lord! Phil.4:14-16
Yet it was good of you to share in my troubles. Moreover, as you Philippians know, in the early
days of your acquaintance with the gospel, when I set out from Macedonia, not one church shared
with me in the matter of giving and receiving, except you only; for even when I was in Thessalonica,
you sent me aid again and again when I was in need.
Thank God, praise the Lord, I have personal experiences in my 50 years of preaching life!
