Why Apostle Paul said denomination people are warped, sinful and self-condemned?
First of all, make no mistake about scripture translation!
1. NIV--> Warn a divisive person….Titus 3:10-11
2. ASV--> Warn a factious man…
3. KJV--> Warn a heretic…
4. Word --> Warn a denomination man once, and warn him a 2nd time. After that have nothing
to do with him. You may be sure such a man is warped, sinful and self-condemned!
A. Denomination people disregard Jesus’ prayer for unity of all his believers! John 17:20-23
Here is the scripture all must read and forever remember-->
My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message,
that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so
that the world may believe that you have sent me. I have given them the glory that you gave me,
that they may be one as we are one: I in them and you in me. May they be brought to complete unity
to let the world know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.
B. They disregard Apostle Paul’s warning of preaching a different gospel!
1. From what Jesus said in Luke chapter 8, we know for preachers to produce a church that is not a
church of Christ, they have to preach a gospel that is different from the one Paul preached!
2. Romans 16:16 Paul said the churches he produced were churches of Christ!
3. This is Apostle Paul’s warning--> Gal.1:8
But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to
you, let him be eternally condemned!
C. Here is one specific instructions for Jesus followers to do with denomination people!
1. Warn a denomination man once, and warn him a 2nd time. After that have nothing to do
with him. You may be sure such a man is warped, sinful and self-condemned! Titus 3:10-11
2. Anyone who runs ahead and does not continue in the teaching of Christ does not have God;
whoever continues in the teaching has both the Father and the Son. If anyone comes to you and
does not bring this teaching, do not take him into your house or welcome him.
Anyone who welcomes him shares in his wicked work. 2 John 1:9-11
3. If you ignore what says in the Bible, be ready to answer to God and be thankful that I warned you!
D. People can disregard what says in the Bible, I can disregard what they say about me!
This is what Jesus said about people who confess they believe Jesus is Lord but do not do what he
said! 1. Please read John 8:31-44 for yourself. I hope you care enough to read it for yourself!
Jesus said, people who believe him but do not do what he said are children of the devil!
2. Let us read Matthew 7:21-23 together and see what Jesus do with denomination people!
Not everyone who says to me, `Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does
the will of my Father who is in heaven. Many will say to me on that day, `Lord, Lord, did we not
prophesy in your name, and in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?'
Then I will tell them plainly, `I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!'
3. Get up early, about 6 a.m. watch channel 9 and see how denomination preachers preach and you
will see they and the evildoers in Matt.7-21-23 are very much identical twins!
With a Bible in their hands, they really think that they preach what says in the Bible!
E. How warped and sinful can denomination people be!
1. Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, hypocrites! You travel over land and sea to win a single
convert, and when he becomes one, you make him twice as much a son of hell as you are. Matt.23:15
2. If you understand what says in Romans chapter 7 verses 1-7 then you will know this-->
The church is a woman. O,T. and N.T. are 2 men. A church practices some O.T. and some N.T. is adultery!
3. If you understand what says in Hebrew chapter 6-10 you know a church that practices some O.T. makes
Jesus our Savior, a law breaker, a sinner! Jesus is high priest in N.T.! O.T. says only Levites can be priests!
4. What more do I need to quote what says in the Bible!
