Recognizing heresy in the world!
Recently, a small bulletin board showed up on Main Street Flushing in New York City that says:
Jesus had already come back! And says their church name is church of Almighty God.
I simply say: Their message and name of their church cannot be found in the Bible!
A. One must know if Jesus had come back, he will not be on earth! He would be in the air on the clouds!
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God:
and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air:
and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17
Understand what these scriptures say:
1. If Jesus had come back, the saved dead in Christ would be resurrected.
Do you see any of them?
2. The not yet dead saved people would be caught up together with the resurrected dead into the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air;
and they will be with the Lord forever!
3. So it is clear, if Jesus had come back, all the saved, dead or alive were caught into the air on the clouds.
All those who are still on earth are people going to hell! This would include all of them!
B. Concerning the so called Eastern Lightning Church and their lady Christ!
Please read the scriptures which they base on--> Matt.24:27
For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Lord.
Anyone who has a little bit English knowledge will know these:
1. There is no Eastern Lightning Church here!
2. This scripture has the word east. The word east denote a direction!
East is empty without material form, there is nothing for it to produce lightning!
Lightning is a product of things in the nature! Nature produces lightning not east, not eastern!
3. It says, when nature produced lightning and lightning comes from the east is visible even in the west!
This means when Jesus comes back, people from the east to the west can see him for themselves!
C. I like to make it simple for all to recognized heresy in the world!
This is about the name of their church! Ask them to write it down their church name!
Then put your index finger on that name and ask: Is this church name recorded in the Bible?
1. You want them to say--> No, this name of our church is not recorded in the Bible, immediately!
2. As soon as they begin to explain, stop them immediately! And ask them to read Matt.5:37!
3. Then you should tell them that they are liars from the devil! Then read also John 8:44
D. Now here are reasons why church name should be church of Christ!
1. Jesus said: I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church,
and the gates of Hades will not overcome it. Matt.16:18 plus John 8:24.
2. Greet one another with a holy kiss. All the churches of Christ send greetings. Romans 16:16
For the first 600 years of A.D., there was not one other kinds of church on this whole world!
E. Watch out for thief shout to catch thief!
1. Some a cat and a dog, even tried to say any church claim to be the one true church is heretic!
So far according to what I know, all those who say the above are all a cat and a dog preachers!
2. We are the churches of Christ, Matt.16:18, Romans 16:16. At least we got these, others got nothing!
G. In case, someday, some have church name as church of Christ!
1. Then you have to use my little book on the God's one eternal salvation plan in the Bible!
Use it to check it out! See if they interpret those scriptures the same way.
2. Verify the items of their Sunday worship. Acts 2:42, 1 Cor.16:1-2. Heb.13:15
3. Are they righteousness doing people? Romans 14:17, 1 John 3:10
