A few simple principles for a happy life.
A. Yes, I may not fully understand this one but I do it anyway! Heb.13:5-6
Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have,
because God has said: Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you. Heb.13:5
So we say with confidence: The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?
1. I keep my life free from the love of money and content with what God allow me to have!
Yes, when I have only a few hundreds dollars, I bought a junk car and made it run.
I was content driving it around town picking up people came to church!
1984 Brother Frazier sent a $15000.00 check to help buy a new 15 seats van for me!
I was content driving it around town picked up whoever likes to come to church…
2. So I say with confidence: The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. It really worked for me!
3. The following two more places of scriptures supplement to this!
4. In the back of your mind you want to remember God promised this one!
No temptation has seized you except what is common to man.
And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear.
But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it. 1 Cor.10:13
5. I always remember these teaching-->
People who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap
and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge men into ruin and destruction. 1 Tim.6:9\
6. Now I am in N.Y.C. 40 years and I had seen many got rich. And fulfilled the above teaching!
There is still only one thing I love to do in N.Y.C. that is share the gospel with many people!
7. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil.
Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many grief. 1 Tim.6:10
8. But you, man of God, flee from all this, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance and gentleness. 1 Tim.6:11
I wish all people on earth do this one diligently!
Then I know we will all live in peace with each other!
B. Love thinks no evil. 1 Cor.13:5
It is a good idea to practice this one!
1. This one goes well with revenge not yourselves!
Let God make it right for you! Romans 12:19
When people sinned against you, you let go and move on with your life!
2. Believe me revenge is no fun.
It will take too much of your time and energy!
Because you have to do revenge lawfully!
Otherwise, so many police will become your enemies!
You cannot afford to let this one happened to you!
So, please be smart, wait for God to do the revenge for you in due time!
C. Look not only to your own interests, but also the interests of others! Phil.2:4
1. I have found, too many so called Jesus' believers failed badly on this one!
They look only to their own interests, not also to the interests of others!
2. Otherwise, why do you think in a 800 million people city, 20,000 bad people can do their evil deeds?
Among 800 people, 2 people cannot do their evil deeds!
3. So, you want to live a peaceful and happy life?
Please obey the Lord's words, practice look not only to your own interests but also to the interests of others!
