心里存着爱,满足和感恩,零八年就会有健康!
一. 爱是圣经里所说的爱!不是人说的爱!
1. 世人都知道,神怎样爱世人! (约3:16)
因为神爱世人,甚至将他的独生儿子,赐给他们,叫一切信他的,不至灭亡,反得永生.
2. 亚伯拉罕怎样爱神!à 神对他说,将你的儿子,就是你唯一的儿子,也是你所爱的以撒,在摩利亚山区的一 个山上.把他作为火祭献给我.
第二天早上,亚伯拉罕起身,备好驴子.带着儿子以撒和两位仆人.为献火祭,砍好足够的柴.就起身去神指定的山.
第三天他远远的看见神所指定的地方.就对仆人说,你们和驴子等在这里,我和儿子到那边去.我们要献祭敬拜神,就回来.
他叫儿子背着火祭用的柴,自己拿着献祭用的火和刀.他和儿子二人一同往前去.这时儿子以撒开口对他说,"父亲?"他回答说,"是的,我儿!"
以撒说,"献祭的火和柴都有了.但献火祭的羊羔在那里?"他回答说,"神自己有预备!"他们到了神所指定的地点,亚伯拉罕筑好祭坛,把柴放好在坛上.
捆梆他儿子以撒并将他放在柴上.要将儿子杀来献祭.创22:2-9
唯有亚伯拉罕能用神爱他的爱来爱神!从他回应神的要求的过程,我们清楚看见,他对神的爱是多么的坚定不移!
特别是到了,儿子以撒问他,"父亲,火和柴都有了,献祭的羊羔昵?"
令我们听见,甚至读到这里都会叫人流眼泪!
3. 我们必须每天实习圣经里所说的爱! à 爱是恒久,忍耐,又有恩慈,爱是不疾妒,不自夸,不张狂,不作害羞的事,不求自己的益处,不轻易发怒,不计较人的恶,
不喜欢不义,只喜欢真理,凡事包容,凡事相信,凡事盼望,凡事忍耐.爱是不止息. (林前13:4-8)
4. 我们怎能有这样的爱? (约一4:19)
我们爱因为神先爱我们!因为神是爱!(约一4:8)
人必须先接受神的爱,学习爱神,才有可能正确的爱别人!
二. 怎能心中存着满足? (腓4:11-13)
1. 满足的心是必须操练的! 4:11
满足是要知道怎样处卑微,怎样处丰富.饥饿,缺乏的时候也能满足!4:12.
是的,我们都能这样!靠着那加给我们力量的主,我们就凡事都能作!4:13
2. 要预备好这样的心思意念.提前6:7-10
我没有带什么到世上,也不能带什么离世!当我们有食,有衣,就要满足.6:8
要记得,那些想要发财的人就陷在迷惑,落在网罗,和许多无知有害的私欲里,叫人沉在败坏和灭亡中.
贪财是万恶之根,有人贪恋钱财,就被引诱离了真道,用许多愁苦把自己刺透了.
3. 要以自己已经有的而满足! (来13:5-6)
你们存心不可贪爱钱财,要以自己所有的为足.因为主曾说,我总不撇下你,也不丢弃你.
所以我们可以放胆说,主是帮助我的,我必不惧怕,人能把我怎么样昵?
在现实生活中,常有人说,我若有许多钱,就会来信耶稣....这样的人永不能信耶稣!
因为人都知道,钱越多的人,越需要更多的钱!这是一条不归路!
三. 人怎能心中存感恩?
1. 凡事感恩.因为这是神在基督耶稣里向你们所定的旨意.(帖前5:18)(因为神的旨意,就是要你们成为这样的人!)
2. 要问百居拉,和亚居拉的安.因为他们为我冒生命的危险!不单是我要感谢他们,就是外邦的各教会都感谢他们!(罗16:3-4)
3. 我们知道,神使万事互相效力,叫爱神的人得益处,就是按神的旨意蒙召的人.(罗8:28)
帖前5:18节和罗8:28节的"万事",是同一个希腊原文字.
这三节经文连起来就是,我们不但为那些为我们冒生命危险的人心存感谢.就是遇到各种灾难也要心存感谢,因为神的旨意就是要我们成为这样的人!
数学心理研究得到的结论.人心里存着爱,满足和感恩,就能叫身体内生产抗生素,叫人体内的免疫系统产能量消灭病菌,并叫生病的人快促灰复健康!

A. The kind of love described in the Bible!
1. God’s love for all of us! John 3:16
John 3:16 is the world most popular scripture! But who really care?
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall
not perish but have eternal life.
2. Abraham’s love for God! Gen.22:2-9
God said, "Take your son, your only son, Isaac, whom you love, and go to the region of Moriah.
Sacrifice him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains I will tell you about."
Early the next morning Abraham got up and saddled his donkey.
He took with him two of his servants and his son Isaac.
When he had cut enough wood for the burnt offering, he set out for the place God had told him about.
On the third day Abraham looked up and saw the place in the distance.
He said to his servants, "Stay here with the donkey while I and the boy go over there.
We will worship and then we will come back to you."
Abraham took the wood for the burnt offering and placed it on his son Isaac, and he himself carried
the fire and the knife. As the two of them went on together, Isaac spoke up and said to his father
Abraham, "Father?" "Yes, my son?" Abraham replied.
"The fire and wood are here," Isaac said, "but where is the lamb for the burnt offering?"
Abraham answered, "God himself will provide the lamb for the burnt offering, my son."
And the two of them went on together.
When they reached the place God had told him about, Abraham built an altar there and arranged the
wood on it. He bound his son Isaac and laid him on the altar, on top of the wood.
3. This is the kind of love we must practice every day! 1 Cor.13:4-8
Love is patient and kind. Love is not envy, not boast, not proud.
Love is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered.
Love does not calculate others wrong doings.
Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
Love always protects, trusts, hopes, perseveres. Love never fails.
4. How may we have this kind of love? 1 John 4:19
We love because God first loved us!
For God is love! 1 John 4:8
B. How to have contentment in the heart? Phil.4:11—13
1. It is a learned thing. 4:11
It means in whatever state I am content. 4:11
It is “I know how to be abased and how to be abound.” 4:12
Content even when I am hungry and want! 4:12
Yes, we can do it with the help of the Lord. 4:13
2. Condition of the mind! 1 Tim.6:7-10
We brought nothing into the world, we can’t carry anything out of it!
When we have food and clothing we shall be content with that! 6:8
Remember: Those who desire to be rich fall into temptation, into a snare, into many senseless and
hurtful desires that plunge men into ruin and destruction.
For the love of money is the root of all evils. It is through this craving that some have wandered
away from the faith and pierced their hearts with many pangs.
3. Content with things we already have! Heb.13:5-6
The Lord is our helper we shall not be afraid.
In reality, people like to say if I had this or that, I will be content!
Not true, if at the time when he said this, he is not content, he will never be content!
When one has more money, he will need a lot more money!
C. How do you fill your heart with thankfulness? 1 Thes.5:18
1. It is in everything 3956 give thanks:
For this is the will of God in Christ Jesus to you-ward 5209.
2. Greet Priscilla and Aquila, … They risked their lives for me. (Ro.16:3-4)
Not only I but all the churches of the Gentiles are grateful to them.
3. We know that to them that love God all things work together for good, to them that are called
according to (his) purpose. (Ro.8:28)
