想要平安?

1.信耶稣! 2.守律法! 3.行正义! 就有平安!

一. 2000年前耶稣知道这事!

1.耶稣说:我留下平安给你们.我将我的平赐给你们.

我所赐的,不像世人所赐的.你们心里不要忧愁,也不要胆怯. 约翰福音 14:27节

2.那日就是七日2的第一日晚上.门徒所在的地方.因怕犹太人,门都关了.

耶稣来站在当中.对他们说:愿你们平安! 约20:19节

3.说了这话,就把手和肋旁指给他们看.门徒看见主,就喜乐了. 约20:20节

4.耶稣又对他们说:愿你们平安!父怎样差遣了我.我也照样差遣你们. 约20:21节

5.那十二门徒中,有称为低土马的多马,耶稣来的时候,他没有和他们同在.

那些门徒就对他说:我们已经看见主了.

多马说:我非看见他手上的钉痕,又用手探入他的肋旁,我总不信. 约20:24-25节

6.过了八日,门徒又在屋里,多马也和他们同在,门都关了.耶稣来站在当中说:愿你们平安. 约20:26节

Want peace?

Believe Jesus. 2. Obey law. 3. Do righteousness. You have peace!

2000 years ago Jesus knows this!

After his resurrection Jesus said these:
John 14:27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you.

I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. Jn.14:27

When therefore it was evening, on that day, the first (day) of the week, and when the doors were shut where the disciples were,

for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and said to them, Peace (be) unto you. Jn.20:19

And when he had said this, he showed unto them his hands and his side.

The disciples therefore were glad, when they saw the Lord. Jn.20-20

Jesus therefore said to them again, Peace (be) unto you: as the Father hath sent me, even so send I you. Jn.20:21
But Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came.

The other disciples therefore said unto him: We have seen the Lord.

But he said to them: Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe. Jn.20:24-25

And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them.

Jesus came, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said: Peace (be) unto you. Jn.20:26

Then said he to Thomas:

Reach hither thy finger, and see my hands; and reach thy hand, and put it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing. Jn.20:27

Why believe Jesus is #1 important?

For one must have peace within himself first!

For that which I do I know not: for not what I would, that do I practice; but what I hate, that I do. Ro.7:15
But if what I would not, that I do, I consent unto the law that it is good. Ro.7:16
Ro 7:17 So now it is no more I that do it, but sin which dwells in me. Ro.7:17
For I delight in the law of God after the inward man: but I see a different law in my members, warring against the law of my mind,

and bringing me into captivity under the law of sin which is in my members. Ro.7:22-23

Words of God can help win the battle!
Wherefore putting away all filthiness and overflowing of wickedness, receive with meekness the implanted word,

which is able to save your souls. James 1:21

Beloved, I beseech you as sojourners and pilgrims, to abstain from fleshly lust, which war against the soul. 1Pet.2:11
Wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me out of the body of this death? I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord.

So then I of myself with the mind, indeed, serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin. Ro.7:24-25

For if ye live after the flesh, ye must die; but if by the Spirit ye put to death the deeds of the body, ye shall live. Ro.8:13
Put to death therefore your members which are upon the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire,

and covetousness, which is idolatry.Col.3:5

Because Christ also suffered for sins once, the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might bring us to God;

being put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the spirit. 1Pet.3:18

I can do all things in him that strengthen me. Phil.4:13
Believe Jesus and obey law are 2in1!
If you abide in my teaching you are truly my disciples! Then you will know the truth and the truth will set you free! Jn.8:31-32
Be subject to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake: whether to the king, as supreme. 1Pet.2:13
Let every soul be in subjection to the higher powers: for there is no power but of God; and the (powers) that be are ordained of God.

He that resists the power, withstands the ordinance of God: and they that withstand shall receive to themselves judgment.Ro.13:1-2

Do righteousness is the basic instinct of a Jesus’ believer!
Jesus taught this! All things therefore whatsoever ye would that men should do unto you,

even so do ye also unto them: for this is the law and the prophets. Matt.7:12

And as Paul reasoned of righteousness, and self-control, and the judgment to come, Felix was terrified, and answered:

Go thy way for this time; and when I have a convenient season, I will call thee unto me. Ac.24:25

For the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. Ro.14:17
In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil:

Whosoever does not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loves not his brother. 1Jn.3:10 Written December 3, 2021.
